Q: Why do you recommend kits so strongly? Why not just sell the IMAGE 10 Finish Cream by itself?

A: We will sell the Finish Cream by itself. However, in order to get the fantastic results we tout, more steps are required. If you apply the Finish Cream over a surface that is not clear of surface contaminants and free of old wax and polish residue, then the Finish Cream is not allowed to really provide the durability and depth of shine it should.

Q: Talk about the kits, then. Step 1 is your Surface Wash. Why provide a wash? Can't people to just use dishwashing liquid or go to a drive-through car wash?
